An interface introducing the Immutable annotation. Immutable annotations apply to inspectors without any formal arguments. Immutable annotations must not be used to annotate constructors, mutators or inspectors with arguments.

Immutable inspectors at all times return the same result when they are invoked against the same object or against their class, even if some elements in the state of that object or class have changed.
